Yoga that comes to your workplace.
I have extensive experience running corporate sessions: regular classes in the office, one-off away days, and wellbeing weeks. No studio needed, no kit to buy, and nobody has to touch their toes.
What is corporate yoga?
I teach movement, breathing and rest in your workplace or online. Sessions usually last thirty to sixty minutes, with seated options and no need to change out of work clothes. You can book a one-off session or arrange regular classes. I quote per session, based on what your team needs.

A break from the working day
I bring movement, breathing and time to rest into the working day. Sessions can fit around a lunch break, an away day or a wellbeing programme.
Sessions are taught in plain English for complete beginners. There is no chanting, no jargon and no putting anyone on the spot. If someone would rather stay in their chair for the whole session, that is a perfectly good session.
Three ways teams use it
A weekly or monthly class
A standing slot in the calendar — lunchtime or end of day, in a meeting room or a cleared corner. We can agree a regular time that works for your team.
Away days & conferences
A session that breaks up a long day of sitting and talking: movement, breath, and a few minutes of rest before everyone goes back in the room.
Wellbeing weeks
Several sessions across a week — yoga, breathwork and guided deep rest — for organisations running a wellbeing or mental-health focus.

Nobody has to touch their toes
I usually begin with breathing, then guide movements for the neck, shoulders, hips and lower back. We finish with a few minutes of rest.
Every movement comes with a seated option and a standing one, so a stiff sceptic and a regular practitioner can do the same session side by side. There is no chanting, no Sanskrit, and no going round the room asking people how they feel.
The breath a session opens with.
You can try the guided breathing circle below before booking a session.
What your team will need
Your office, a meeting room, a hall, or outdoors in decent weather. Online for remote and hybrid teams.
Usually 30 to 60 minutes, so it fits a lunch break or the end of the day. Away-day and wellbeing-week formats can run longer.
From a handful of people to a full team. Larger groups can be split across two sessions so nobody is at the back straining to see.
Whatever people came to work in. Plenty of sessions are taught seated, and I bring mats when they would help.
Complete beginners, sceptics, stiff backs and desk shoulders. Mixed ability is normal and everything has an option.

Depends on team size, format, how often you want sessions and travel. Send a rough idea and you will get a straightforward quote — no packages to decode.
Four steps, and the first one is a message
Tell me what you're thinking
Team size, roughly where you are, and whether this is a one-off or something regular. The form below covers it.
A short conversation
Ten minutes on the phone to work out what would actually suit your team and your room — including whether a session is the right answer at all.
One session to see how it lands
Most teams start with a single session rather than committing to a block. It tells you far more than a proposal does.
Then a regular slot, if you want one
If it works, it goes in the calendar — weekly or monthly, same time, so people can plan around it.

Desk-bound teams, long days, and the week before a deadline
Sessions can work well for teams who spend much of the day sitting, including offices, studios and clinics. I also teach as part of away days and wellbeing weeks.
I have extensive experience running corporate sessions alongside my studio teaching, and I’m a 500-hour trained teacher. I am used to teaching groups with different levels of experience.
Tell me about your team
A few details mean you get a useful answer and a price first time, rather than three emails of back and forth. Answered personally, usually the same day.

Questions about workplace sessions
Do we need a studio or special equipment?
No. Most sessions run in a meeting room or a cleared corner of an office, and a good number are done seated in ordinary work clothes. Where mats are useful, I bring them.
Do people need to have done yoga before?
No, and most haven't. Sessions are pitched at complete beginners, taught in plain English, with the option to stay seated throughout.
Can you run sessions for a mixed-ability team?
That's the normal case. Every movement has a seated option and a standing one, so a very stiff beginner and a regular practitioner can do the same session side by side.
What if people don't want to take part?
Nobody is made to. Sessions are opt-in, there's no going round the room, and people can choose to sit and follow the breathing instead.
Can we try one session before committing?
Yes, and it's usually the sensible way in. Book one, see how it lands, then decide whether it's worth a standing slot.
Can you work with remote teams?
Yes — sessions run online for remote and hybrid teams, and the seated formats translate well to a screen.
How far do you travel?
Lymington, Brockenhurst, Sway and across the New Forest as standard, and further into Hampshire by arrangement. Travel is factored into the quote.
Do you offer gift vouchers for staff instead?
You can — see gift vouchers — though for a whole team a session usually works out better value. Ask and I’ll say honestly which suits.
Between sessions
Sanctuary, the Soma Bloom members' app.
Anyone who comes to a workplace session can keep going between them in Sanctuary — short written practices for a desk or a sofa, a breath pacer, and my recorded rests as I add them.
