A private hour built entirely around the person you're giving it to — lovely for new mums, for anyone coming back from injury, and for the yoga-curious who'd rather not start in a room full of people.
A hypnobirthing course
The full eight-hour course for expectant parents — what it covers — often given by grandparents-to-be as a baby-shower gift.

What if they've never done yoga?
All the better. Classes are small, taught in plain English for beginners, and nobody is put on the spot. If they'd rather start privately, a one-to-one voucher is the gentlest way in.
Can I give a voucher for a specific class?
Yes — Wednesday vinyasa in Sway, lunchtime pregnancy yoga in Lymington, or the monthly Yoga Nidra evening. Say which and I’ll set it up.
Can a company buy vouchers for staff?
Yes. If you're looking at something for a team, corporate sessions often work out better than individual vouchers — ask and I’ll tell you honestly which suits.
How quickly can I get one?
Usually the same day. Emailed vouchers can be turned round quickly if you need one at short notice.
