Hello, I'm Francesca.
I teach yoga and wellbeing — group classes, one-to-one sessions and corporate work — with a particular interest in pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
Who is Francesca?
I am a 500-hour yoga teacher on the edge of the New Forest. I teach small weekly classes in Sway and Lymington — vinyasa flow, pregnancy yoga with hypnobirthing breath and a monthly Yoga Nidra evening — plus one-to-one sessions, corporate wellbeing, and a small retreat in Tarifa every May.

I've trained for five hundred hours across yin, restorative, pregnancy and prenatal yoga, plus hypnobirthing. I teach weekly group classes, one-to-one sessions, hypnobirthing courses and corporate wellbeing days, and I run a retreat in Tarifa each May.
I keep classes small, with ten people at most, so I can give everyone attention. I explain each movement and offer options so you can work at your own pace.

On a mat, most days
Yoga and breathwork are part of my own practice as well as my teaching. If you want to know whether a class would suit you, just ask; I answer every message myself.

Our annual retreat in Tarifa
Once a year I take a small group to Tarifa for three nights — sunrise yoga, a long brunch, the sea in the middle of the day, and yin as the wind drops. Fourteen at most, a private room each.

Questions I am asked most.
Where do you teach?
In the southern New Forest: the yoga hut on Mount Pleasant Lane in Sway on Wednesday mornings, HBY Studio on Lymington High Street at lunchtime and for the monthly Yoga Nidra evening. One-to-one, I come to you.
Are you trained in pregnancy yoga?
Yes — five hundred hours of yoga training with specialist pregnancy and postnatal training on top, and hypnobirthing training for the breathwork that runs through the Wednesday class and the private course.
I have never done yoga. Which class should I start with?
Any of them, honestly — beginners are usually the majority. Wednesday morning’s flow if you want to move, the monthly Yoga Nidra if you want to rest, the pregnancy class if that is your season.
Are men welcome?
Yes, in every class, and they do come.
Between classes
Sanctuary, the Soma Bloom members' app.
Sanctuary is where my classes live between the weeks — written practices, my recorded rests as I add them, and a circle for every class and season.
You are welcome to join a class.
