About the class
What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa Flow links postures together on the breath — one movement per inhale or exhale — so the hour builds warmth, strength and steadiness with options to rest or adapt a movement. At Soma Bloom the flow is blended with hatha holds, taught in plain English, and every shape has an easier and a fuller version.

What the hour holds
What to expect in class
Arrive and breathe
We begin with a few minutes to settle and notice the breath before moving.
Flow, at your pace
Sun-salutation-based sequences build heat and balance. Take the easier shape whenever you like — I will offer both, every time.
Slow down and rest
We slow down with longer holds and stretches, then rest under a blanket.
