One-to-one yoga · Lymington or at your home · By arrangement
One-to-one yoga with me.
I offer private sessions in Lymington and at home across the New Forest. We can focus on learning the basics, developing your practice or adapting yoga to your needs, including during pregnancy.

About the class
What is a one-to-one yoga session?
We start by talking about what you would like from the session and anything I should know. I then plan movement, breathing and rest around you, with time to explain and answer questions. Sessions take place in Lymington or at your home in the New Forest, at a time we agree.

What we can focus on
A beginner start
Learn the shapes, the breath and the vocabulary before you ever step into a class — or instead of one. There is time to ask questions as we go.
A deeper practice
Regulars who want to refine a posture, understand a transition, or build a home practice they will actually keep.
An injury or a condition
Back, hips, shoulders, a diagnosis you are living with. We shape the hour around what is true for your body today. I am a teacher, not a clinician, and I will say so where medical advice is what you need.
Pregnancy, at your pace
Pregnancy-specific work from 14 weeks, following your stage and your questions — with hypnobirthing breath woven in if you would like it.

The practical bits
How a private hour works
We talk before we move: what you want, what your body is telling you, anything I should know.
Movement, breathing and rest planned around you, with time for questions and individual guidance.
Lymington, or your home across the New Forest. I bring the mat and props if you would like me to.
A few lines from me on what we did and what to keep practising, so you have something to refer to between sessions.
Message me through the contact form with what you are hoping for; I reply with times and the current fee.
Questions
Questions about private sessions
Who is one-to-one yoga for?
Anyone who wants the hour built around them: complete beginners who would rather start privately, regulars who want to go deeper, people working around an injury or a condition, and pregnant clients who want pregnancy-specific work at their own pace.
Where do sessions happen?
In Lymington, or at your home across the New Forest by arrangement. I bring the mat and props if you would like me to.
How much does a session cost?
One-to-ones are arranged personally rather than through the booking page. Message me with what you are hoping for and I will reply with times and the current fee.
Can you work around an injury or a medical condition?
Usually, yes — that is one of the main reasons people choose a private hour. Tell me what is going on before the first session so the practice can be shaped around it. I am a yoga teacher, not a clinician, and will always say so where medical advice is what you need.
Is one-to-one yoga suitable in pregnancy?
Yes. I teach pregnancy yoga from 14 weeks, and a private session lets the work follow your stage, your body and your questions, including hypnobirthing breath. The hypnobirthing course is a separate, fuller preparation for birth itself.
