What yoga is there in Sway?

One class, every week: the Vinyasa Flow at the yoga hut on Mount Pleasant Lane, Wednesdays at 9:15 for sixty minutes. It is a breath-led flow blended with hatha holds, taught at a steady pace, with an easier and a fuller version of every shape. £12 a class, capped at ten, mats and props provided. Beginners and returners set the pace as often as regulars, and men are welcome and do come.
